Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Sealio (the "App").
Article 2 — Services
- Real-time air quality information (via AirKorea public API)
- Location-based home arrival detection and face wash notifications
- Skin pollution exposure tracking and wash guidance
- Skin journal (photo records)
Article 3 — Subscription and Billing
- The App offers a 14-day free trial for new users.
- Paid subscriptions are available monthly (₩4,900/month) or annually (₩29,000/year).
- Subscriptions auto-renew through the Apple App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Article 4 — Location Data
- The App uses your location to provide data from the nearest air quality monitoring station.
- The geofencing feature operates within a 100-meter radius of your saved home location.
- Location data is stored locally on-device; only the approximate station name is sent to the server.
Article 5 — User Data
- Face wash records and skin journal photos are stored linked to your account.
- All data is permanently deleted upon account deletion.
Article 6 — Disclaimer
- Air quality data depends on the AirKorea public API; we do not guarantee its accuracy.
- Wash guidance provided by the App is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Article 7 — Changes to Terms
Any changes to these terms will be announced in advance through an in-app notice.
